Software Test Engineer

Job Purpose:
Software Test Engineer is responsible for the quality of software development and deployment

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
Design and develop automation scripts when needed
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
Provide timely solutions
Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
Provide support and documentation

Skills/Qualifications:
Graduate of any of the following degree: BS CS, BS IT, CoE
General Programming Skills (Software Design, Coding, Debugging, Documentation, and Testing)
Mid-Senior Level Test Automation Experience
Test Automation Script creation
Test Automation Framework experience
Java or experience using a language for Test Automation
SQA Testing & Methodologies
Regression & Negative Testing
Test Automation experience preferred
Test Plans, Cases & Processes
UI Compatibility Testing
Agile, Scrum experience
Git
Exploratory, Data Interface & Migration Testing
Performance/Load/Stress Testing
Ability to become a part of individual testing efforts for projects
Defect/Bug Tracking
Test Strategies & Coverages
QA & QC Standards
